Great place to get a car

I have 2 Cadillacs that I was having some issues with. I initially took them to Jerry Seiner Cadillac, which is not a dealership I will ever go to again. My extended warranty on one of them had to be fulfilled at Murdock, and what a blessing that turned out to be. The team at Murdock handled business! The parts that the other dealership told me were months out on back order, were a quick job for Cameron (Murdock Parts Guru) to search for and overnight to get installed in quick order. I will not take my vehicles anywhere else as long as these guys continue to deliver such excellent customer service. Murdock Chevrolet has won my loyalty.

If you are interested in purchasing a vehicle I'd recommend talking w Brook at Murdock. I don't like the typical car dealership run around but that did not happen at all w Brook. She was clear and honest about everything w no surprises. She did a superb job helping us purchase our new ProMaster today.

We went to Murdock Chevrolet to trade in our old family SUV for a 2017 Chevy Tahoe. We had used the link on their website to see if the car was available and Rocky responded to us in a very timely manner. An hour later we were out there for a test drive. The car was beautiful and it was everything we wanted. Rocky took us inside and started the process for us. Zero pressure. He is extremely kind and didn’t try to force us into any decisions. He and Lindsay handled all of our buying process with ease and we walked out in a timely manner with our new (to us) car. The finance department was easy to work with. Again, zero pressure. We would recommend Murdock, but especially Rocky and Lindsay to anyone we know, mainly because we know they would be treated with respect and care during a buying process that can often times be stressful and full of pressure. You will only find the best at Murdock.

I went to Murdock looking for a specific used truck. The sales man "Rocky Davie" had the truck ready for me to test drive. I mention this as I have had other dealerships not listen to my requirements and try to push different or newer trucks on me rather than listen to my desired requirements. The truck I test drove was actually gassed up and ready to test drive. Again, I mention this as other dealerships not even have 2 gallons of gas in the truck for my test drive. Thus, immediately I knew that Rocky actually listens to his customer, doesn't try to push other products for the sake of his bottom line, listens to the budget concerns of his customers and is backed by a Dealership that is stable and ready to serve it's customers. If you need a new car/truck go see Rocky Davie at Murdock, he will respect you, listen to you and help you find that car/truck of your requirements.

The service technician was excellent. I was glad I could wait for the simple repair as I was told otherwise over the phone. I was told I would have to leave my car for the day and my only option was to use the driver to get back home. Waiting room was very comfortable. Cost was reasonable.

Had a great experience. Everyone worked with me to trade in my old vehicle and get me into a new one, hassle free.

Went to look at a 2022 Equinox, Rocky was not pushy at all. He allowed us to take our time making a decision to purchase. He listened and answered all questions, and if he didn't know the answer he found out the answer for us. Very good experience.
